Refund Policy

If a file is defective, inaccessible, duplicated, or materially different from its description, contact support with the order number so the team can repair access or review a refund.

Digital delivery

Because digital resources are delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds may be limited after files have been accessed. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Approved refunds

Full refunds revoke access to all resources in the order. Partial refunds revoke access only to the refunded order items. Approved funds return to the original payment method through Stripe.
